AC Repair, Install & Replacement near Old River Road in Lincoln, RI

Evergreen Services was called out to property for no AC on central air system for business (kitchen side) and existing Pioneer Mini Splits.
Upon arrival service expert found existing system was down and not running due to improper wiring at condenser by previous technician or homeowner.
Breaker in panel to outdoor condenser was off.
Capacitor inside of condenser was completely disconnected.
Service expert proceeded to rewire existing condenser from contractor to motor and reconnect capacitor.
Checked voltage MF on capacitor and it was reading the correct range permissible by manufacturer.
Outdoor condenser kicked on after unit was rewired.
Service expert found condenser needed to be cleaned Condenser coil was slightly clogged.
Indoor unit filter was plugged and was replaced with new filter that customer had on site.
Hosed down condenser to allow for better air flow.
Connected gauges to system now that it’s running and checked R-22 pressures.
Gauges are reading nominal Sub Cooling but VSAT (vapor saturation/inside of coil) is below freezing.
System is currently running but may freeze anytime due to liquid lien restriction.
