DESCRIPTION:
Shut down power to existing system.
Remove and dispose of existing Coil.
Remove and dispose of existing Condenser.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 3.5-Ton Horizontal Cased Coil with TXV.
Model: CHPTA4230C3
Purchase and install one new Goodman 3.5-Ton 15.2 Seer Single Stage Condenser. Model: GLXS5BA4210
Disconnect existing line set as needed to remove coil and condenser.
Purchase and install new refrigerant line set between existing Line Set and Coil and existing Line Set and Condenser.
Purchase and install one new condenser pad and secure outdoor unit in place.
PLEASE NOTE: New Condenser will be 1’-2’ larger (physical footprint) so condenser may have to be installed farther away from dwelling as discussed with homeowner.
Purchase and install all necessary electrical connections for Condenser.
Purchase and install one new digital thermostat. Wi-Fi capable thermostat available upon customer request included in price quote.
Seal and insulate any ductwork modified or installed as part of this project using approved materials.
Existing ductwork is to remain unless otherwise noted.
Remove and dispose of existing Honeywell Zone Control Board with two motorized dampers.
Pressure test system with nitrogen to ensure no leaks are present.
Evacuate system to 500 microns to remove moisture and contaminants.
Charge system according to manufacturer specifications.
Start system and test for proper operation and performance.
All labor, materials, and equipment required to complete this installation are included unless otherwise stated.
Add approximately 1-3lbs of R-22 to 1st floor system. Test and ensure system has proper VSAT and Subcooling Pressures and Temperatures.
Please Note: No warranty on 1st floor system due to age. If 1st floor system has a leak or is compromised adding refrigerant may not solve the issue in its entirety. Evergreen Services will provide customer with a price before any additional work that may be needed to get 1st floor system operati
