Evergreen Services — Annual Heating Inspection / Diagnostic Summary
Evergreen Services arrived on site to perform an annual heating inspection, on two 80% force, hot air, Goodman, furnace one in the attic ( ladder is required ) other located in basement. Upon arrival, the customer reported that the first-floor furnace was not operating properly.
The thermostat was set above the current room temperature to initiate a call for heat. During operation, the furnace displayed a three-flash diagnostic error code indicating a pressure-switch-related fault. A detailed inspection of the furnace wiring and associated components was performed.
After cleaning was completed, the furnace was reassembled and placed back into operation. The thermostat was set above room temperature to initiate a heating call, and the complete heating sequence was monitored, including inducer operation, ignition, burner operation, blower operation, and safety-control response.
A final operational and safety inspection was completed to verify proper furnace performance. Carbon monoxide and combustion testing should also be completed as applicable to confirm safe and efficient operation of the 90% Goodman furnace.
