DESCRIPTION:
Purchase and Install one Goodman 100K BTU gas fired furnace . Model: GR9S961005CN
Purchase and Install one R-32 coil. Model: CAPTA4230C3
Purchase and Install one Goodman 3.5-Ton 13.4 SEER R-32 Condenser. Model: GLXS3BN4210 Purchase and install line set from Coil to Condenser
Fill Line Set with 350psi of Nitrogen and test for leaks.
Purchase and install one new 220v electrical Disconnect for AC Condenser.
Purchase and Install one 220v Whip for newly installed 13.4 Seer Condenser.
Purchase and install new Condenser Pad
Purchase and install new 2 inch pvc for both fresh air and exhaust
Purchase and install new concentric kit for exhaust.
Purchase and install new Condensate pump
Evacuate all moisture from all AC equipment.
Turn on service valves and check refrigeration levels. Add R-32 if needed.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
