1. Scope of Work

Preparation and Demolition: isolate and drain existing water heater, disconnect, domestic waterlines, and boiler glue piping, 5 dispose of the old unit

Equipment installation: Supply and install a Rheem STID 55

Boiler integration: Tie into the existing boiler loop.

Wire the indirect water heater aquastat to the existing boiler zone relay

Testing: fill and purge all air from boiler loop and domestic lines fire the boiler test, all controls and fire fire, proper temperature, rise, and operational safety
