Customer bought a replacement flapper for her toilet flapper would either not stay on the hooks or the bulb on the flapper kept getting caught on the toilet and forcing it to stay open the flapper was adjustable. I made a few adjustments to it. Flushed it over a dozen times and saw no issues if the customer has another issue, I will be back here with a new flapper and we’ll go from there.
