Evergreen Services arrived on site to perform annual heating maintenance on an 80% efficient Goodman forced-hot-air gas furnace located in the basement. The technician inspected the furnace, system wiring, safety controls, ignition components, burners, blower assembly, air filter, and venting system. The furnace was cycled through a complete heating operation to verify proper ignition, airflow, temperature rise, and overall system performance. Gave customer a couple options. Customer states she will get cover monoxide detector on her own to install.
