Sewer Line Repair, Install & Replacement near Longfellow Drive in East Greenwich, RI

1. Excavation:

Digging down to the foundation footing to expose the cast-iron building sewer.

2. Cast iron removal and PVC transition:

Cutting out the rotted section of cast iron stack transitioning from the remaining cast-iron to schedule 40 PVC using shielded couplings to ensure permanent non-sheer connection.

This covers about 5 feet of piping from the outside of the house through the foundation in. And approximately four cast-iron fittings to be replaced on the inside. All current drainage will be reconnected to the new PVC drainage.

3. Back filling:

Filling the trench and compact into prevent future, settling of the ground or the pipe.

2 years on parts and labor
