Evergreen service came out to do a yearly ac inspection on a ductless, mini split tech found that indoor coil was extremely clogged in the drain was clogged as well tech recommends a deep cleaning of indoor unit in a light rinse of outdoor condenser tech checked pressures found that there were a little off, but that is to be expected with the indoor coil being dirty. System was cleaning and cooling as normal, note Customer okay me to cut drywall around head in order to take it apart
