Evergreen Services was called out to property for annual air conditioning maintenance on existing system from attic.
Upon arrival service expert found existing system needs to be cleaned (deep cleaning) filter replacement, capacitor replacement and rewiring of frayed or damaged wires.
Upon inspection of outdoor unit service expert found Mice have gotten into outdoor Condenser and have chewed through multiple Low and Line Voltage wires. Service tech replaced both run and star capacitors and replaced wires that looked compromised. Checked system to make sure everything was working to factory specs and everything was working as should.
