Subject: Installation of New 3-Ton Air Handler with New 13.4 Seer Goodman 3-Ton Condenser in Place of Existing with Existing Line Set to Remain. Existing Ductwork to Remain. Condenser on Roof will be Replaced with New.


DESCRIPTION:
Shut down Line Voltage to existing Air Handler and Condenser.
Disconnect existing Whip from outdoor unit.
Recover existing R-22 refrigerant per EPA regulations.
Disconnect existing Line Set from Air Handler and Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing Air Handler in Attic.
Remove and dispose of existing Condenser.
Remove and dispose of existing Secondary Drain Pan.
New Condenser is to be installed in place of existing.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 220v 3-Ton Multi-Speed Single Stage ECM R-32 Air Handler.
Purchase and install one new Goodman 3-Ton R-32a 13.4 Seer Condenser.
Flush existing Line Set with RX-11 Chemical Flush to ensure no contamination between refrigerants.
Purchase and install all necessary Line Set piping and fittings to connect existing Line Set to New Air Handler and to New Condenser.
Purchase and install one new Condenser Pad.
Purchase and install one new Secondary Drain Pan with Wet Switch.
Purchase and install all necessary line voltage wiring for new Air Handler.
Seal and insulate any ductwork that is installed by EPH. (Ductwork must be sealed with Mastic Tape or UL approved Mastic sealant and use R-8 Bubble Wrap to insulate ductwork installed by EPH.
Existing Ductwork is to remain.
Existing Line Set will be tested to ensure no R-32 refrigerant is leaking.
Fill and test all Line Set and Equipment with 300psi of Nitrogen to check for leaks.
Evacuate moisture from all Line Set down to 500 microns.
Open service valves and charge system to meet manufactures Superheat or Sub-Cooling.
Turn on newly installed system and test for proper working order.
All parts and labor to complete project is included in this price quote.
